Purchase Information

Please review the listing information and images carefully prior to purchase. I am unable to accept cancellations of orders and can only accept returns if there is an issue with the item received out of the customer's control. Deposit payments on custom orders are non-refundable.

I display product images, detailed description, and sizing to ensure the customer has full knowledge of the item they are purchasing. The customer must ensure they have carefully reviewed this information, and it is the customer's responsibility to inquire if further details are needed before making purchase.

I am not responsible for any damages through consumer error - i.e. damages from impact, misuse, improper storage, or handling. 

I provide clear measurements relating to fit; however, please note that sizing is approximate. Lengths may be rounded to the nearest inch for chains.  Wider ring bands typically require an additional 1/4-1/2 size for comfort and will be indicated in the listing. However, everyone is different, and it is up to the customer to determine what size they will need.

I do not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders. 

Please notify me within 14 days of receipt of your order if you have questions regarding return of an item.

If approved, please return the item within 14 days of notification.

Due to the value of my products, I recommend using trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning your items.

I am not responsible for any return items lost in transit - you would need to contact your shipping provider to reimburse the cost of the lost item and shipping.
